I've been getting up every night in the middle of the night for the last couple of weeks. Betty has been waxing for five(5) days. Well she finally decided today was the day. I got out to the barn a 1:02AM to find Belles still attached, wet and huge... She was standing in five(5) minutes, nursing in five(5) more. Belles is named after the great mare Eight Belles that died last week in the Kentucky Derby.

Belles is by Diggers Rest x Peppy San Badger, out of our Smart Chic Olena mare, Chics Betty Crocker... Belle looks exactly like her mom 100% sorrel with a small star between her eyes.
